Road Maintenance turns a routine maintenance guideline into a working system: roads are inspected, defects are observed and measured, intervention rules decide whether and how fast each defect must be treated, priorities are scored, work is planned and ordered, crews execute it, completion is verified against activity standards, and defects are closed — or carried to a governed backlog when funding runs out.
